Cost-saving Cleaning Tips

Does your broiler pan look like a hopeless case, with baked on grease? Drains running slow?

To remove baked on grease from your broiler pan, apply a solution of 1 cup apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the hot pan and let it soak for an hour or so. Clean up should now be easy. For slow-running drains, try pouring a large quantity of very hot water down the drain. This could save you the cost of Drano or a plumber's visit.
