You or a loved one may qualify for housecleaning reimbursement if there is a claim made on your (their) Long Term Care Insurance. Check your policy. 

We currently have a client who receives 4 hours of cleaning every other week, and it is fully reimbursed by her Genworth Long Term Care Insurance. In addition to housecleaning, she receives driving help and home care, and is able to remain in her home with some degree of independence.
